No One Lives in Diablo Falls

Diablo Falls

About Us

There were two rival late night television shows that every kid in Diablo Falls lived for: Mistress Midnight’s Movie Mayhem and The Late Great Zombino’s Midnight Movie Menagerie. The two hosts hated each other with a fiery passion, frequently referencing each other on their shows. That passion turned into romantic passion when the two finally met at a sci-fi convention and the meeting sparked a torrid love affair. Soon they were married and they opened the Dead End Drive-In on the edge of town. They were, some time later, forced to evacuate Diablo Falls along with the rest of its residents, but by the 1990’s they returned to Diablo Falls with dreams of revitalizing the town. They opened Diablo Falls Gift Shop and Dead End Drive-In used horror movie store. They planned to buy the town and turn its remains into a scary tourist trap and they hosted a huge Horror Fest to kick it all off. Diablo Falls had already gained a reputation for being the most haunted place on earth and they planned to cash in on the hoopla! The town had other plans and the first annual Horror Fest was the last! Unfortunately it was the end of Minerva Mayweather and Bentley Durham (aka Mistress Midnight and Zombino) too. We’re proud to announce we’re reopening their store online in accord with their original vision. Welcome to Diablo Falls Gift Shop and Dead End Drive-In (Movies to Go).
